  This Collectors Item we’ll refer to as Volume #1
  Occasion: A few well deserved good natured Lampoons were circulated at the last Republican Central Committee meeting.
  
  
• Content: (A) Mello Merit Award (See copy enclosed) … Liberal Vic Marani isn’t the only former staff member of Leftwing Democratic Senator Henry Mello now on the Republican Central committee running interference for the United Nations Agenda 21 who’s co-chair is a staff member of Sam Farr.
  
• Content: (B) Mello Merit Award (see copy enclosed) Marani’s slate campaigned that they would evolve themselves in non-partisan races. They certainly have … in the person of Ray Belgard. In this last election, Belgard joined with Gary Patton in endorsing a Leftwing Democrat judge against an active qualified Republican. In Belgard’s defense we have been told he is not Left wing … that the former supervisor is just not bright and that he doesn’t have the slightest idea how Agenda 21 destroys local representation.
